    Avviniamo Portfolio Tasting 2025: between wine glasses, meetings and sustainability

    On 15 September 2025, in the magnificent setting of Tenuta Cicogna in Alonte (VI), the second edition of Avviniamo Portfolio Tasting was held, an event that brings together producers, distributors and Horeca operators for a day dedicated to wine, networking and new opportunities for the sector.

    Organised by Avviniamo snc of Gianfranco Cipresso and Giulio Dall’Ava, the event offered visitors the chance to taste over 200 wines, meet 27 producers and discover innovative solutions to improve their work and their spaces.

    STL Design & Technology: innovation and sustainability

    Once again this year, STL Design & Tecnologia participated in the event with two of its most representative products:

    • Telematic and management cash register systems, designed to simplify and coordinate work in the restaurant and at the counter, making the management of wine cellars, wine bars and restaurants more efficient.
    • Stilfibra sustainable seating, made from plant fibre waste — including coffee, chamomile, grape marc and miscanthus — and recycled plastic, a design choice that combines aesthetics, comfort and respect for the environment.

    Alongside these, there were also proposals dedicated to the comfort and atmosphere of Horeca spaces: sound-absorbing panels to improve acoustics and lighting solutions to create welcoming and distinctive environments.

    A valuable event, inside and outside the glass

    Avviniamo Portfolio Tasting is not just a tasting event, but an opportunity to meet, share ideas and build partnerships.

    During the day, together with Avviniamo snc, we supported the Women For Freedom Onlus association, which had its own stand to promote projects of great social value dedicated to women and children in need.

    This gesture confirms how the culture of wine, hospitality and beauty can also be a vehicle for solidarity.

    It was a day filled with fine wine, stimulating meetings and new connections.
